NYC Zoning Analysis
Provides written zoning analysis, text format with zoning citations, and explanations are needed for client to understand the zoning for the site. Graphics such as plot plans, diagrams, and sections provided as required to explain the site’s zoning.
IBC Building Code Review
Provides review of residential and commercial plans to determine that the plans comply with local IBC building code, such as egress, travel distance; minimum door, passageway, & stair widths based on occupancy, construction classification and required fire-ratings of walls; and compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ANSI 117).
NYC BPP’s, Curbcut Applications, & Forestry Applications
Over 20 years of experience working at architecture firms. Client must provide seals, signatures, and stamps for drawings as per local requirements.
